No way, he was just a patsy, it was highly improbable that he did it by himself, plus the accounts of secondary explosions being heard inside the building etc... if they had confirmed the secondary explosions they couldn't have said he did it all himself, because someone would have had to have got into a highly secure govt. building and planted the bombs. Also theres other strange things like all the ATF staff told not to come in that day and so forth, thats the same ATF who attacked waco.
