By this part of the message I thought that you have hardware problems
- probably memory errors

This kind of strengthens the notion. 
How many memory boards do you have.
Either -- get a memory checker -- I believe we have/had one somewhere
around that ran in DOS on a floppy. 
or you could try  reseating them to make sure they are plugged in 

or you could try pulling one board at a time and see if it goes 
away (and replace that simm/dimm whatever)
