So windows, dos, OS/2, Linux, are all related? Yes, they're OS's, thats not
what I meant. memtest86 and Linux are not related at all. I see no reason
why a kernel package would include memtest86. I'd find it more suitable to
install memtest86 and have it tell you how to add it to your lilo.conf. (Ok,
thats a quirk of Debian. no Package may modify another package's config
files... unless there is a mechanism to do so..)

Volker, you know that that comment will start a heated argument that has no
end.... Dont be so provocative. You are free to think that about SuSE, I
definitely have a very different opinion.
