Ah, so you really need three or four different texts. In plain English and
assending order of freedom:-

1) Standard copyright.

"I, Vik Olliver, assert all my property rights to the attached work of art
created by me. Making a copy of this work in any way whatsoever, or the
transmission of it in any way whatsoever, other than by direct ocular viewing
or the physical transport of the work on its supporting substrate, without
written contractual permission is hereby expressly forbidden.

2) Vik Olliver Commercial Agreement ( VOCA )

"I, Vik Olliver, assert all my property rights to the attached work of art
created by me. You will find the work expressed as a data file which is
readable electronically. This file is provided for your convenience so that
you can incorporate the unaltered images into a work of your own. You may
make up to three backup copies of the files, which must be under your control
at all times. Gifting, selling, or sub-licencing copies of the unaltered
images in the state they were when you received them is expressly forbidden.

3) Vik Olliver Open Picture Publication Licence. ( VOOPPL )

"I, Vik Olliver, assert all my property rights to the attached work of art
created by me. You will find the work expressed as a data file which is
readable electronically. This file is provided for your convenience so that
you can alter it to create a derived work. I expressly give you permission to
create a derived work on the condidtion that when you publish our work, you
in turn provide, free of cost, a similar data file which incorporates your
work to anybody who wants it. The word 'similar' in the previous sentence
means that you may change the data format, but not the physical size, the
intrinsic resolution, or the loss factor of the compression process, of the
pictorial image's electronic representation. You are not permitted to purport
that the derived work is entirely your work. A file containing this paragraph
must be placed on the machine readable medium carrying the work of art and it
shall be called COPYING.

4) Vik Olliver Statement of Discharge to the Public Domain.

"I, Vik Olliver, relinquish all my property rights to the attached work of art
and publish it into the Public Domain."

Note: I am not a lawyer, these texts are provided as samples only. Comment
from qualified readers would be appreciated.
