The help desk call goes something like:

Hello?

Is that the IT help desk?  Good, None of the computers are working in
Building A.  Where can we go to access a working computer, it's urgent.

That can't be right, I can ping your server from here, are you sure all of
the computers are down?

Yes, there is now power.  A crane fell through the roof ten minutes ago, and
the power had to be shut off.

Is this some sort of crank call?  I can remote control the server, and the
comms rack, so as far as I can tell, nothing is wrong.
