I'll agree with the alcohol and powertools. That'd be stupid.

Women and computing do mix. Just a short sample: my Honours supervisor;
the head of the Computer Science department at the university I attended
in Canada; the databases and AI researcher at Canterbury University; and,
of course, Grace Hopper, are all women. In fact, they're better Computer
Scientists than many men I know.
