Grab one of the latest nightly tarballs (appropriate for your kernel), replace the ieee1394 tree and recompile the kernel. Not all tarballs may work for what you need (or even compile) but most likely will (you may want to subscribe to the linux 1394 mailing list for advice/news on the subject). Cheers, -- Ryurick M.
