Not really. There were more reported flaws in open source operating
systems (19) than in windows (10). So, there were more combined flaws
reported (about twice as many) in Linux (all varients), BSD (all
varients), and others than Windows. Also didn't say anything about the
actual severity of flaws.

Doesn't bother me. It's a lot easier to report a GNU/Linux flaw than a
Windows flaw...you have to source to figure out what's going wrong.
