Linux likes to keep GMT time in the system clock, whereas windows stores
localtime - thats the source of your problem.

How to fix it?  Store local time in the system clock (for windows) then
tell linux that. It would be distro-specific so what distro do you run?

In debian it'd be  tzconfig as root.
