Sorry Robert but I stand by the *all*

If there is no structure created, maintained, and enforced then the
documentation structure falls into a mess.

It doesn't matter how flash the system is if the user has to do *any*
extra effort in order to arrange their published documents then they
won't.
Instead you need a designated person to maintain the library.

OK you just put everything into a flat arrangement and hook it up to a
search engine ala HTDig but this can also present problems along the
lines of identification of key words especially as the repository starts
to get any size.

We looked at Docushare and I think it is going to be implemented but I
have at every opportunity fought it because the 6 figure licencing I
believed to be undefensible. And I also believe most proprietary
software to be bad by definition.
