I know, I am a l33t purist with a tenuous relationship to reality. I have the same arguments with most people who work with HTML day in and day out. I do grant you that a lot of the tools, such as Dreamweaver, give you a lot of assistance in managing sites. But then I find myself explaining to people why their new page doesn't work in my browser, or on a screen-reader, or on a mobile phone... The tools work best if you know how the system works, and you are not fooled into believing in a WYSIWYG Web. Thank you for putting up with my idealism :) -- Michael JasonSmith http://www.cosc.canterbury.ac.nz/~mpj17/
