Exactly. In a low margin business, that 1-3% of non MSIE customers can make or break a business. With more people using non-windows boxes or windows with opera or mozilla, the % of customers getting annoyed will rise. But how do we get this message across? I used to let businesses know but I got discouraged and gave up when I got the same old reply "Upgrade to IE" each time. Yuri
