Hi there,

I am no Guru.

I changed from Dreamweaver on Windows to Mozilla Composer on Linux with not
too many hassles to create a fairly simple web site for my remote family and

I rely solely on Kate (yes, as text editor!), and Gimp, with help from a downloaded HTML 4.0 syntax doc, and a booklet I bought for $15 that explains CSS 2.0 syntax and DHTML (Javascript) object models.

That allows me to create catchy webpages with a higher level of
interaction than standard HTML can offer...

Kind regards,

PS. It allows me to learn web authoring in a more satisfying way
than any GUI web authoring software could ever do...
