To be able to sell any "second hand" right next to an official restraunt, you would need to undercut them on price, which means you make a loss. You're effectively distributing McDonalds product for them, at a loss to yourself (but not to them, hey, they still sold you those burgers in the first place). Why would they be at all unhappy about this? Then again, maybe you're not allowed to redistribute them. Anybody know what licence a Big Mac comes with?
