How are we going to spread the distcc load?  According to distcc, it just hammers on 
machines in whatever order.  Initially I thought that a hosts file would be the 
easiest solution, and people could just copy that to their /etc directory - but that 
will unfairly load 1 machine.
Does the OSTC have a whiteboard?  I'd suggest that we write the distingushing part of 
the IP address of the helper machines, what their specs are & a "current load" 
estimate  ie.
Spec    IP   load
2Gh P4 .17    10

For ease, don't include the installing machines - they'll be busy enough :)

That way people can re-arrange their DISTCC_HOSTS for best effect.
