You're the lawyer, what laws HAVE they broken? I am sure we can find some ;) What have the boys in Australia done? Maybe we can review their position and use some of their wording/ideas? I am sure there is something in NZ law that prevents this sort of thing - at least I'd hope so. After all, it aint as bad as the states here - yet.
