wordpad.exe

hi, if nobody is willing to send me a copy of wordpad.exe for windows, then 
could they please tell me of a site or mailing list where i could possibly 
obtain a copy. and yes i do have an original copy of windows 982E, i just have 
not been able to reinstall it, even after following some of the advice 
offered, eg cab files, windows setup etc
any help would be greatly appreciated
