I am downloading it now to see how it runs. It is commercial S/W but for those serious about video editing the GNU stuff is along way from useable!! I know - I have tried them all!! My wife and I film weddings, performaces and events semi professionally... and have been waiting for a decent video edit system for Linux to get away from the only M$ based S/W we use.
