how did you go mike? i installed mine on my gentoo system. it starts
most of the time.

the first error i got was about not being able to write a file to
/home/nick/.mactor.temp/  Turns out it had created that directory but
given it mode 000, once changed to something nick could read and write
to it worked better.

Thats as far as I got this morning before coming to work. you?
