I'm getting truckloads of bounces from people who I dont have on my list, and who dont have me on theirs (one was a local business I went down to see about their 'virus-problem') and guess what, 100% completely clean machines. This was 6 months ago.
Same thing is happening now, errors, bounces, xtra virus warnings. Its all too much of a drag now, viruses are forging the from, randomising the to, and so unless you want to track down the ip that originally sent the message its not as simple as reading the senders address. Although my baesian spam filter is starting to work now, I havent trained it on my CLUG messages as they're in mbx format, and the training script wants mbox *sniff* so I got a few clug messages in the 'unsure' box today.
