Wow, the things you learn when you read the docs!  
     1. Find your mail (for me it is under
        "~/evolution/local/Inbox/subfolders")
     2. Run " sa-learn --ham --mbox mbox "
     3. Repeat for all your non-spam
     4. Find your spam folder and run " sa-learn --spam --mbox mbox " (I
        never kept any spam until recently, so I have a very small list,
        reducing the effectiveness on SpamAssassin :( )

For those Evo' users out there that do not run Procmail, I found

to be very useful.
