To have a dual boot system with Win2K - that must be the first system installed. You must get it installed and operating with whatever disk configuration you want. ( You can add disks later but only if you don't change the address - drive No spec of the disk containing Win2k.)
Once you have installed Win2K make sure that it boots and runs on its own with no other systems installed. Then install the linux system.
