Have you tried getting a windows ERD (emergency recover disk) of the same type Os as your Windows is and boot off it. You then run the command 'fdisk /mbr which rewrites your mbr for you.
Most byte editors will allow you to access the disk and reset the settings. There is a product called drive image which has some sub utiliteis that will et you do that. The other OSS option is FIRE. it is a forensic and recovery disk you can download an image of and use to recover information.
