UT 2003 is supported natively, so no emulator needed. Just buy the game from any local game shop, and there is a nice Linux installer sitting on the root (/) directory of disk three... ;-)
I have the demo on CD if you'd like to try as well...email off-list if you'd like to try-before-you-buy...
You just have to make sure you have a beast of a PC to make it run at a decent framerate (think 1GHz+ CPU, 512MB RAM, GeForce4/Radeon9x00 AGP graphics, and it MUST be an AGP card because PCI bus graphics choke on the amount of data transfer needed to show such cool visuals...)
