Hi What distro are you runing? As supermount can cause problems with some CD binary installation programs. If Mandrake or Gentoo gaming kernel you may have to disable supermount and manually mount the CD. If you are running one of those distros or one of the others that uses Supermount let me know and I'll provide instructions for disabling supermount so you can install the game then renable it.
