I have now built new nvidia driver (into a deb package). Now to really try 2.6.0.I guess I'm going to need one of these too... :-( Everything just worked with Mandrake so I didn't bother finding out the whys and wherefores of video drivers. I have a MSI MX440SES-T nVidia geForce4 64meg graphics card. Do I need to compile/patch or will things just happen? Chad mentions something about a driver patch, but as I don't really know about a driver, patching it is going to be rather difficult. Any pointers here would be much appreciated.
