That will work but it is faster to right click on the My Computer Icon, and
select Manage. That takes you straight into the Computer Management MMC.
I like to merge this to the registry to get the classic user manager into
the control panel. Save it as a .reg file from notepad, right click it and
select merge. You need the Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 as the first
line.

Management>Users
and Groups
That is (from memory) for Win2k but much the same for XP
Once there you can take users out of the administrators group, change
passwords etc.
