Yes but it can still constitute false advertising. put a penguin on the
box and IMHO it is a representation that the product works with linux.
but as I already said "works with linux" is a variable feast.

not usre how it will be relevant, especially when larry ewing's tux page
says "Feel free to do whatever you see fit with the images, you are encouraged to 
integrate them into other designs that fit your need."

But that doesn't excuse manufacturers who put a "false" penguin on the
box.
