I am using Konqueror in Debian Woody with the 2.4 kernel (bf24 option at setup time). There is a known problem with the configuration of Konqueror in that https doesn't work. I am sure it can be fixed, but I just use Mozilla if I need https, and I prefer to use Konqueror for the rest of the time. Andy
