whats all this export to csv stuff? there should be report software that produces a nice pdf direct from the database, one page with the computer's details, the second page with the disclaimer for them to sign.
better still, once they register have the software email them the pdf for them to print out, sign and bring with them. waste the punter's paper and ink, especialy when some wil not turn up. people who have not registered can do so on a nice linux browser on the day while they wait. agata (http://www.agata.org.br/us/index.php) seems to produce ok reports in a number of formats.
