Agreed.  I've made this point a number of times already.

Yes CD is very good!  If you talk nice he'll also bend over backwards to
help you out with product where he can - I got a customer up and running
with something they wouldn't have other wise had the other day.

He's also a very keen wifi support - there's a bunch of reasons why we
should support wifi.
