ftp://ftp2.jetstreamgames.co.nz/gentoo seems to have all the files for 2004.1 as of now. I am able to get more or less whatever is needed, so delegate away. Are you going to be doing a special bootable CD for the machines in the distcc farm? Or is it sufficient for the farmers merely to have distcc installed? btw, kde.3.2.2 won't emerge correctly it halts with:- liberty root # emerge kde Calculating dependencies ...done! >>> emerge (1 of 15) kde-base/kdebase-3.2.2 to / *** Adjusting cvs-src permissions for portage user... >>> md5 src_uri ;-) kdebase-3.2.2.tar.bz2 >>> Unpacking source... >>> Unpacking kdebase-3.2.2.tar.bz2 to /var/tmp/portage/kdebase-3.2.2/work * Applying kdebase-3.2.2-genkdmconf.c.diff... Or a complete re-install of the whole kit & kaboodle? In the meantime I'm having a go at emerge --update kde ( 106 packages ) ( Coming up for air next Wednesday ) -- Sincerely etc. Christopher Sawtell NB. This PC runs Linux. If you find a virus apparently from me, it has forged the e-mail headers on someone else's machine. Please do not notify me when this occurs. Thanks.
