Haha. :-) Why is it that people assume that others who are wedging large
chunks of binary-only code into their kernel haven't read the
documentation supplied with said large chunk of binary-only code. :-)

I also read the docs supplied with the nvidia driver, adjusted
modules.conf and it failed to solve the issue. 

I only reboot one or two times a month, so not much of an annoyance for
me.
