Yes there is a 4th disc but I do not think that is the cause of your problem. I can burn you one if you want.
I have done some test installations of Mandrake 10 on old hardware and once past a few installing problems (because of the old hardware) they have performed flawlessly. I must admit that I have done so many test installations now that I do know a few tricks to doing it successfully (IMHO).
