Removing the window manager and keyboard are also excellent suggestions.
Don't rely on having no keyboard to increase security though. It just makes typing harder without it. Unix middle-mouse-button paste can substitute for a keyboard if there is a wide enough selection of chars available for copying. Slow, but do-able.
