IMHO you would be better to get exim to deliver to procmail (I assume that is possible) and then get procmail to deliver it to your .maildir. Then you can do sorting to put all this annoying list mail in the right place.
Good point, and probably the best solution - now to find out how to do that!
Check your 'directors' - you probably already have one called 'procmail' which will work. However, order matters for directors - if you have the 'userforward' director listed first, .forward files will trump .procmail files.
Don't forget to install 'safecat' to handle delivery into a maildir structure in the 'correct' manner.
