Indeed it could, but then many people would not view the premises and would

It has done for about 18 Months or so.
You might not have heard about it simply because "The CLUG does not exist" & 
it's not possible for a committee to exist for an entity which does not. :-)

Currently the elected members are:-
Nick Rout, Zane Gilmour, Carl Cereke, and Christopher Sawtell,
We have co-opted David Kirk and Rik Tyndall, because they are 'good keen 
fellows'.

Yes, very approximately a year or two ago Nick Elder had to stop organising 
the CLUG and it fell, by election, to the current incumbents to do the 
necessary stuff.
