If Linux disappeared from the world tomorrow, I would still be writing Java code. You wouldn't have a job. You rely on Linux, I don't. But that's beside the point.
If making money from Linux becomes your primary motivation for being in the CLUG group, (and I'm not saying it is), then your involvement could be seen as merely (ab)using the group for your own ends (and I'm not saying this is true, either). Just a possibility.
And I thought you were the best programmer we had.
