Hi,

Can you say why you can't connect to the internet? What have you tried,
and what happened? Can you say what environment you are trying to connect
from?

As a newbie it is possible that you have no idea where to start, but it is
also possible that you have tried a few things with no success as yet.

Please say if you are using dial-up, cable, or DSL, and what you have tried
and where it has failed. This will help me and others to step in and offer
suggestions.

Andy
