Hi Kelvyn, You are not the first and you will not be the last to beach mailing list etiquette. The main thing is that you learn how to do it correctly.
If you simply "Reply" to a list post it will go not to the original sender but back to the list. If you only want to reply to the sender you can copy their address and put that in the "To" of a forwarded email. All the other people on the list really don't need to know how many monitors you want. Volker >>> Did you read this: << I'm a newbie so please excuse me if I'm getting this wrong.>> If I knew how to contact the person directly I would have. I dont really want a stack of emails in my inbox that mean little to me, I wish I had the ability to help with many of the emails I have received today but the facts are "I dont" and thats why I joined clug in the first place. All I'm interested in is getting emails on things I'm interested in or can help with, but if the price of that is all the emails I received today then thats the price. If I'm doing something that you consider *wrong* or that is disturbing you please tell me, I'm not here to upset anyone. I guess thats the introductions over and done with. Regards Kelvyn
