Actually, SuSE or Ubuntu, niggly little things like the touchpad issue
(with middle positioned scroll button) and two other onboard buttons (that
each launch the email and internet browser applications, etc.), keeps
W#$%dows still in the picture. :( Also software issues, with some
applications... :( Minor things...? The immediate goal here is to make this
laptop "Designed for Linux O/S"... and get it doing the things achieved with
W#$%dows o/s. It's not enough to have installed the basic o/s... There's
much more... :| It's all very personal... :| So, it shouldn't be a big deal
to achieve all these functions that the W#$%dows o/s can do (the laptop came
with that o/s, and all the drivers). Should be a "piece of cake" for
Linux... yes? ;)
