For what its worth I had an abortive experience with RH 8 last year,the
discs failed the check programme, replacements as well, so the fault
could be with RH itself rather than a bad copy. Mandrake 10 has worked
pretty well for me out of the box. I can burn you a copy anytime if you
like, although someone else may have 10.1 available.
