I want to endorse Jim's comments about the computer <-> projector
compatibility issue.
I would recommend someone who;
o Attends meetings regularly,
o Has a lap top computer, and
o Does not mind putting in the effort involved to get things sweet.
sets up a their laptop as a known good driver of the projector.
I also suggest that where a presentation is to be given the speaker be
encouraged to use Open Office Impress and email the presentation before hand.
These suggestions, if followed, will enable speakers to just start up and go.
