Random time, random domain.

Not only 3.3.0, I've been seeing it on previous releases too, but now
it's happening much more often as to have become a nuisance. It's not a
name server problem.

3.3.2a, and the problem still exists so upgrading would do nothing.
Pretty unhelpful response too: "can't reproduce, if it still exists when
you've upgraded to the latest beta and screwed your system + everything
else, re-open bug".

If it's to do with ipv6, which is a totally pointless feature around
here anyway, the next step would be to axe that and see if the problem
goes away.
