I have a HP Scanjet 6350C that works perfectly under SuSe 9.0.

Suse was able to detect the scanner automatically and I did not have
to install any drivers.

I did notice a speed difference running the scanner under Windows XP
and Linux...the scanning process seemed a bit slower under Linux than
Windows.

I use my laser printer and scanner often for making photocopies
(mainly under Windows) and it works great.
