gentoo has version 0.3 in stable portage and 0.3.2 in unstable. The
latest version from the flpsed website is 0.3.3.

its dependencies are x11, fltk-1.1 (or greater) and ghostscript. no
surprises there.

I believe that it would be pretty damn simple to amend the 0.3.2 ebuild
to 0.3.3, just changing it's name to 0.3.3 and computing new digests
should do the trick. There doesn't seem to be any particular reason it is in
unstable apart from the fact that stuff has to be in unstable for
a period before it is moved to stable, and the 0.3.2 ebuild was only
comitted to cvs on 12 Feb.

I'll try all that later, like at home where the linux box has X. If I
get 0.3 working i will submit that to gentoo bugzilla.

Ross & Chris, could you let us know what versions were used last night
and are in production use Chez Drummond?
