It gets worse ...

I have been following this for over a year now and have put in an
objection. I phoned the IP people about 8 weeks ago after trying to see
what was happening on the site. It seems I needed to fill out a form to
object, not just my letter.
My call then sounded like ...
Shane: OK. Where is the form?
IPONZ: It is number nnnn
Shane: OK , where is that found?.
IPONZ: It is on the website at url=nnnnn .
Shane: No its not. I have been there.
IPONZ: Yes it is.
Shane: No its not. Take a look.
IPONZ: Err .. No its not.
Shane: So how do I sign up?
IPONZ: You cant!!!!

I love beaurocracy.
Last time I checked it is still in process of being thought about. I am
on the list of objectors and as such am meant to be notified of any
changes in status. I haven't heard of a change in status so far.

Shane

Errr its not the expensive part. Wait until you go throught the rest of
the procedure.

These are complex legal procedures, just like if you were involved in
any other litigation, and with the risk of it costing you both arms and
a leg.
