No no no.... I would like to get (broadband of some sort) and i have got telstraclear phone TV and thought okay now that TC (don't want to pay for the rental of their cable modem) are doing this home plan i could get an adsl modem connection via my phone _but_ if you are with a a set distance from their cable network _you_ gotta have the cable option no if's no buts. so the 2 are mutually separate thing. the TC dsl offering is through the USB or whatever via the old clear network then via telecom (bit off topic but still.....) hope it helps. -- Dave Lilley
