It appears that SuSE does have this driver available on the dvd: http://www.novell.com/products/linuxpackages/professional/eciadsl-usermode.html
go into yast and there is a utility for installing software, you need to search out the package name, eciadsl should be enough to search on. it'll then give u an option to install, and prompt for the dvd or cd.
