Hi,

No DVD Reader,

I have the first 3 cd's of the Debian install. 3.1 I think.
I tried installing Debian .. yesterday or the day before but couldn't get
the mouse to work.
I will get it as far as I can with Debian 3.1 tomorrow.

Looks like debian's probably the best bet. tbh it would be an idea to get
installed before you get there. Does it have a dvd reader?
